We only recommend clinics we'd send our own family to. Colombia's top clinics serve patients from across North America and Europe and operate to international standards.
Not at all. Your Puente coordinator is bilingual and will be with you at every appointment. All communication with your clinic — pre-trip, during treatment, and follow-up — runs through us. You'll never be alone in a language you don't speak.
You pay the clinic directly. Puente only charges its own coordination and concierge fee, which covers everything we do on your behalf. We never hold, process, or intermediate your medical payment. This is intentional — it protects you and keeps us accountable.
We maintain a US aftercare partner network — US-based dental and medical professionals who are familiar with procedures performed abroad and can provide follow-up care. White-Glove clients get formal aftercare coordination included; Connect and Concierge clients can access the network as needed. Most clinics we work with also offer direct follow-up via video for their international patients.
