1. Nature of services

Puente is an independent care-coordination and concierge service. We are not a medical or dental provider and do not deliver clinical care or guarantee medical outcomes. All treatment is performed by independent, licensed clinics that you contract with and pay directly. Prices shown are illustrative market ranges and vary by case.

Puente Health & Concierge provides care-coordination and concierge services only. We help you identify, vet, and engage with independent, licensed healthcare providers in Colombia. We do not practice medicine or dentistry, employ clinicians, or guarantee clinical outcomes.

2. Payment

Puente's fees cover coordination and concierge services only. All clinical and dental fees are paid by you directly to the independent provider you engage. Puente does not hold, process, or intermediate medical payments.

3. Provider relationships

Providers recommended by Puente are independent licensed professionals. Your engagement with a provider is a direct relationship between you and that provider. Puente is not a party to that clinical relationship and assumes no liability for clinical outcomes.

4. Illustrative pricing

All price ranges shown on this website are illustrative market estimates and do not constitute quotes or guarantees. Actual costs vary by case, provider, and timing. Obtain a formal quote from your provider before committing to treatment.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puente's liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the fees paid to Puente for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
