We run credential verification, malpractice checks, and collect before/afters on every provider before recommending them. You get a clear plan and all-in quote.

- Case portfolio review (before/afters for your specific procedure)
- Facility inspection and infection-control standards
- Patient references from prior international clients

We Coordinate Everything
Travel, accommodation, private transport, an interpreter, and a bilingual coordinator with you on the ground. Every detail handled.

Is the clinic actually legitimate?
Before recommending any provider, we verify their license with Colombia's health authority (Secretaría de Salud), check for malpractice history, and review case portfolios. We only work with clinics that serve an international patient base and maintain international hygiene and safety standards. You get the clinic's credentials before you book anything.
What if I don't speak Spanish?
Your Puente coordinator is bilingual (Spanish and English) and attends every appointment with you — physically on Concierge and White-Glove tiers, and via video on Connect. Every document, quote, and consent form is explained to you in English. You will never be alone in a language you don't understand.
What if something goes wrong after I'm home?
We maintain a US aftercare partner network — licensed US dental and medical professionals who are familiar with work done abroad and can provide follow-up care or refer you appropriately. White-Glove includes formal aftercare coordination. Connect and Concierge clients can access the network at any time. Most of our partner clinics also offer direct video follow-up for international patients.
How does payment work — does Puente hold my money?
Never. You pay the clinic directly for all medical and dental services. Puente charges only its own coordination fee, which covers everything we do on your behalf. This is a deliberate policy to protect you and keep us accountable. There is no incentive for us to steer you to a higher-cost option.
